At VinylFloor, we believe in clear terms of cooperation. We don't hide costs – before we start working, you will always receive an accurate investment estimate from us after a measurement.
What affects the final installation price?
Every room is different, and the final estimate is influenced by several factors:
Subfloor Condition
Whether the substrate only requires priming or full leveling with a self-leveling compound.
Interior Geometry
Large, open spaces (like corridors or offices) are installed faster than small bathrooms with a lot of cutting around pipes and niches.
Installation Pattern
A classic straight installation is cheaper and faster than a demanding herringbone pattern.
Square Footage
For large facilities (over 500 m²), we offer transparent rates with the possibility of individual negotiations. For smaller areas, please contact us to schedule a professional on-site valuation.
Included in every service:
- Travel for a professional measurement and a professional assessment of substrate moisture.
- Expert advice on selecting appropriate underlays and installation chemicals.
- Work performed using a professional fleet of tools and machinery.
- Full cleaning after installation is complete (industrial vacuuming).

By investing in durability and design, you receive our comprehensive service for 250 PLN/m² + VAT. This price includes not only professional installation but, most importantly, top-tier materials – industry leaders such as the Modulart collection by the renowned brand Tarkett.
