THE FOUNDATION OF A PERFECT FLOOR
Even the most expensive panels won't survive on an uneven screed. Professional subfloor preparation is the most crucial stage of our work. We check moisture levels, grind, prime, and pour self-leveling compounds to achieve a surface as smooth as glass.

Measurements and Grinding
We start by measuring the moisture and hardness of the floor. Then we grind away the cement laitance and remnants of old adhesives, using industrial vacuum cleaners to remove all dust.

Deep Priming
We seal the pores in the concrete and block any potential moisture. We use professional isolating primers that guarantee maximum adhesion.

Self-Leveling Compound
We pour the highest quality self-leveling compounds (from 2 mm to several centimeters), achieving a perfectly smooth subfloor for LVT panel installation.
